PREPARATION:
- Take a bowl, add midha, salt and make it as (chapathi) dough
- Now take another bowl, add gram flour, vam, sugar, red chilly powder, pinch of salt, tamarind juice and mix as an thick paste using little water
- Now using the midha dough, make small chapathis, spread the gram flour mix on it
- Roll the chapathis, cut them into pieces (like spring rolls)
- Deep fry in oil, and take out in an paper napkin plate, drain out excess oil
- Serve with tomato ketchup..
