INGREDIENTS: Midha (maize flour), Red chilly powder, Senagapindhi (gram flour), Vam, Sugar, Oil, Salt, Tamarind juice, Water



PREPARATION:
  • Take a bowl, add midha, salt and make it as (chapathi) dough
  • Now take another bowl, add gram flour, vam, sugar, red chilly powder, pinch of salt, tamarind juice and mix as an thick paste using little water
  • Now using the midha dough, make small chapathis, spread the gram flour mix on it
  • Roll the chapathis, cut them into pieces (like spring rolls)
  • Deep fry in oil, and take out in an paper napkin plate, drain out excess oil
  • Serve with tomato ketchup..
