INGREDIENTS: Green gram (pesarapappu), Sugar, Milk, Coconut, Gasagasalu (poppy seeds), Cashew, Badam


PREPARATION:
  • Take cooker, add green gram, water and boil for 3whistles
  • In a mixy jar, grind coconut, poppyseeds as paste and keep
  • After cooling open the lid, hand blend it
  • Now take a bowl, add boiled milk, sugar, grinded paste, hand blended green gram and heat till sugar melts
  • Garnish with fried cashew, badam (dnt add ghee)
  • Refrigerate and Serve cool!!!!!!
  • Good for health, reduces heat from the body
