PREPARATION:
- Take a kadai, heat 3-4 spoons of oil in it, add Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Urad dal (vudhipappu)Bengal gram (senagaballu), Curry leaves and fry
- Now add cut onions, green chilly, peeled kandhagadda pieces, salt, turmeric powder & fry
- Then add tamarind pulp, little water and boil for few minutes
- Fianlly add two spoons diluted corn flour for thickness and dish out
- Garnish with coriander
- Goes well with rice..
