INGREDIENTS: Semiya (vermicelli, fried), Salt, Green chillies, Oil, Cumin seeds(jeera), Mustard seeds(avalu), Urad dal (vudhipappu), Bengal gram(senagapappu), Curry leaves, Coriander, Onions, Tomatoes, Dhaniya powder, Jeera powder, Lemon juice


PREPARATION:
  • Take a frying pan, heat 2-3 spoons of oil in it
  • Add avalu, jeera, urad dal, bengal gram, curry leaves and fry till they splutter
  • Then add cut onions, green chilly and shallow fry
  • Now add cut tomatoes, salt, t spoon of dhaniya and jeera powders and saute it
  • Now add 1&half glass of water (for 1glass semiya), close the lid till water gets boiled
  • Now in low flame, add 1 glass of fried vermicelli and mix well
  • Close the lid for few more minutes , till vermicelli gets cooked
  • Off flame, add lemon juice (if required)
  • Garnish with coriander
  • Serve hot with legumes (pappulu) powder or plain
