PREPARATION:
- Take a frying pan, heat 2-3 spoons of oil in it
- Add avalu, jeera, urad dal, bengal gram, curry leaves and fry till they splutter
- Then add cut onions, green chilly and shallow fry
- Now add cut tomatoes, salt, t spoon of dhaniya and jeera powders and saute it
- Now add 1&half glass of water (for 1glass semiya), close the lid till water gets boiled
- Now in low flame, add 1 glass of fried vermicelli and mix well
- Close the lid for few more minutes , till vermicelli gets cooked
- Off flame, add lemon juice (if required)
- Garnish with coriander
- Serve hot with legumes (pappulu) powder or plain
