INGREDIENTS: Soar Curd, Salt, Oil, Green chilly, Coriander, Fresh coconut, Godham pindi (wheat flour / atta)


PREPARATION:
  • Take a bowl, keep on flame, add soar curd and boil
  • While boiling add fresh grated coconut, salt, green chilly paste, coriander and mix
  • Later add godham pindi in low flame and mix well, off flame
  • Now mix it finely as an chapathi dough using little oil
  • Let it cool for few minutes
  • Now make them as chapathis and roast both sides on an frying pan using little oil
  • Serve with any dal...
