INGREDIENTS: Pesarapappu (green gram), Raw rice (biyyam), Ghee, Elachi, Cashews, Kismiss, Jaggery (bellam), Water , Milk


PREPARATION:
  • Take cooker, fry 1 glass of green gram,
  • Then add 1 glass of raw rice anf fry for few min's
  • Now add 1 glass of jaggery into it along with 2-3 glasses of water / milk
  • Now mix well and wait for 2 whistles
  • Fry cashews, kismiss, elachi in ghee
  • Garnish it on the cooked pongal
  • Serve ...
