PREPARATION:
- Take cooker, fry 1 glass of green gram,
- Then add 1 glass of raw rice anf fry for few min's
- Now add 1 glass of jaggery into it along with 2-3 glasses of water / milk
- Now mix well and wait for 2 whistles
- Fry cashews, kismiss, elachi in ghee
- Garnish it on the cooked pongal
- Serve ...
