INGREDIENTS: Rice flakes (atukulu), Green chillies, Salt, Onions, Rice flour(biyyapindi), Gram flour (senagapindi), Red chilly powder, Curd, Oil, Coriander, Curry leaves, Turmeric powder, Tomato ketchup


PREPARATION:
  • Clean 1 cup of rice flakes with water and take them into a bowl
  • To the bowl, add 2 spoons of rice flour, 2 spoons of gram flour, chopped green chilly, onions, salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, curry leaves, coriander, little curd and mix all the ingredients with some water
  • Finally make small vadas using the dough on your palm, and deep fry in oil till golden brown, and take out in an paper napkin plate to drain away excess oil
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup...
