PREPARATION:
- Take a frying pan, pour 3-4 spoons of oil and heat it
- Add long cutted onions, green peas, chopped carrot, alu, cashew (if interested), salt and fry
- Then add chopped tomatoes, maggi masala powder, pinch of slat and saute well till mixed
- Now add water and close the lid till water gets boiled
- Finally open the lid, add noodle slices, close the lid and cook in low flame for 2-3 minutes
- Open the lid mix well, keep off the flame
- Garnish with coriander
- Serve hot with tomato sauce
