INGREDIENTS: Maggi noodles pack, Onions, Tomatoes, Fresh green peas, Oil, Water, Carrot, Potatoes, Cashew, Coriander, Salt


PREPARATION:
  • Take a frying pan, pour 3-4 spoons of oil and heat it
  • Add long cutted onions, green peas, chopped carrot, alu, cashew (if interested), salt and fry
  • Then add chopped tomatoes, maggi masala powder, pinch of slat and saute well till mixed
  • Now add water and close the lid till water gets boiled
  • Finally open the lid, add noodle slices, close the lid and cook in low flame for 2-3 minutes
  • Open the lid mix well, keep off the flame
  • Garnish with coriander
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce
