INGREDIENTS: Oil, Onions, Green chilly, Fresh Green Peas, Tomato, Chat Masala, Venegar, Soya sauce, Alu, Red chilly powder, Salt, Coriander, Curry leaves, Bread, Ginger Garlic Paste

PREPARATION:
  • Take a frying pan, heat 4-5 spoons of oil in it
  • Add chopped onion, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, green chilly, peas, potatoes cutted into cubes, salt and saute well
  • Now add chopped tomatoes, and cook all he ingredients till soft
  • Give seasoning by addind chat masala, venegar, soya sauce, red chilly powder, pinch of salt and mix well
  • Finally add bread pieces (slices cutted into 4 pieces) and fry well
  • Garnish with coriander and serve
