INGREDIENTS: Dry Pasta, Carrot, Capsicums, Gobi (Cauliflower), Brocolli (looks like green gobi , available in market) Tomatoes, Onions, Maida (maize flour), Salt, Green chillies, Oil, Water, Coriander, Venegar, Garlic pieces, Tomato sauce, Chilly sauce, Butter, Pepper, Aja-na-moto


PREPARATION:
  • Boil pasta in water, add 1 spoon oil, & some salt while boiling
  • After boiling, drain out boiled water completely, & the same moment pour cold water on it, drain out clod water also and keep them aside
  • Take kadai, heat 2-3 spoons of oil/butter in it, add cut carrots, brocolli, gobi, capsicums and fry till they cook
  • Now add chopped tomatoes, salt, pinch of pepper, aja-na-moto and mix well
  • Add boiled pasta, white sauce and mix well all the ingredients for few minutes
  • Garnish with coriander & Serve
White sauce for dressing - Take kadai, heat 2spoons of oil, add chopped garlic, onions, green chilly, tomatoes, spoon of tomato sauce, chilly sauce, venegar, diluted midha (ie. midha mixed in water) and boil for 5 - 10 minutes till gravy becomes thick, when you find thickness in gravy, off flame, filter sauce seperately from the pulp and keep aside.. (we dsnt use the filtered pulp, its useless now)
