PREPARATION:
- Boil pasta in water, add 1 spoon oil, & some salt while boiling
- After boiling, drain out boiled water completely, & the same moment pour cold water on it, drain out clod water also and keep them aside
- Take kadai, heat 2-3 spoons of oil/butter in it, add cut carrots, brocolli, gobi, capsicums and fry till they cook
- Now add chopped tomatoes, salt, pinch of pepper, aja-na-moto and mix well
- Add boiled pasta, white sauce and mix well all the ingredients for few minutes
- Garnish with coriander & Serve
