PREPARATION:
- Remove the brown edges of bread slices
- Wet your hand, keep it on bread slices to make soft
- Stuff / place karjur, cahsew piece in middle and make it as small ball (like jamun)
- Deep fry these balls in oil, till golden brown
- Now boil sugar syrup (1 cup of sugar : 1 cup of water) till you see thickness
- Add deep fried balls in sugar syrup
- Finally add pinch of elachi powder
- Garnish with cherries
- Refrigerate and serve chill...
