INGREDIENTS: Bread, Cherries, Oil, Cashew, Elachi powder, Sugar, Water, Karjur (Dates)


PREPARATION:
  • Remove the brown edges of bread slices
  • Wet your hand, keep it on bread slices to make soft
  • Stuff / place karjur, cahsew piece in middle and make it as small ball (like jamun)
  • Deep fry these balls in oil, till golden brown
  • Now boil sugar syrup (1 cup of sugar : 1 cup of water) till you see thickness
  • Add deep fried balls in sugar syrup
  • Finally add pinch of elachi powder
  • Garnish with cherries
  • Refrigerate and serve chill...
