- Remove the outer layer of raw bananas
- Cut them into small pieces
- Take a frying pan, heat 2-3 spoons of oil
- Add ginger garlic paste, banana pieces, green chilly pieces, and fry for few minutes
- Then add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, Salt and saute it till soft
- Off the flame, let all the ingredients get cooled
- Finally take a mixy jar, add cooled ingredients, tamarind paste and grind as an paste
