INGREDIENTS:Raw Bananas, Ginger Garlic paste, Tomatoes, Green chillies, Salt, Tamarind, Oil, Turmeric powder (pasupu)


PREPARATION:
  • Remove the outer layer of raw bananas
  • Cut them into small pieces
  • Take a frying pan, heat 2-3 spoons of oil
  • Add ginger garlic paste, banana pieces, green chilly pieces, and fry for few minutes
  • Then add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, Salt and saute it till soft
  • Off the flame, let all the ingredients get cooled
  • Finally take a mixy jar, add cooled ingredients, tamarind paste and grind as an paste
  • Serve with rice, chapathis ...
