INGREDIENTS: Pappulu (legumes), Dry Coconut, Green chillies, Salt, Tamarind, Tomatoes, Peas, Potatoes, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Carrot, Coriander, Sorrel leaves (gongura), Amaranth leaves (thotakura), Rasam powder


PREPARATION:
  • Take mixy jar, add legumes, coconut, green chillies, salt, tamarind and grind as paste
  • Now cut all vegatables, and leaves into pieces, clean, boil them in cooker for 3whistles
  • After cooling open the cooker, add the grinded paste into it and boil
  • Finally add required amount of salt, rasam powder and boil for few more minutes
  • Garnish with coriander
  • Serve with chapathis, rotis, naans ...
