PREPARATION:
- Soak rice flakes in water for 5-10 minutes till soft, then drian out water completely
- Place kadai, heat 5-6 spoons of oil add popu, avalu, jeera, urad dal, bengal gram, curry leaves, peanuts and fry till they splutter
- Then add cut onions, green chillies and fry
- Now add tamarind pulp/juice, salt and saute it
- Now add rice flakes by draining water completely and mix well all the ingredients
- Finally add grinded ground nuts, garlic, red chilly, powder and mix (if interested)
- Garnish with coriander, spring onion
- Serve hot
