PREPARATION:
- Grind onion pieces and cashews as fine paste in mixy jar and keep
- Take frying pan, heat 2 spoons of oil, add ginger garlic paste, red chillies, grinded onion,cashew paste and fry till raw(pachi vasana) smell goes off from it
- Then add chopped menthaku (1bunch) and spinach (1/2 bunch) and cook till soft
- Finally give seasoning by adding red chilly powder, salt and saute it
- Leave it for a while
- Serve with rice, chapathis...
