INGREDIENTS: Menthaku (fenu greek leaves), Spinach (palakura), Red chilly powder, Onion, Cashews, Ginger Garlic paste, Salt, Red chillies


PREPARATION:
  • Grind onion pieces and cashews as fine paste in mixy jar and keep
  • Take frying pan, heat 2 spoons of oil, add ginger garlic paste, red chillies, grinded onion,cashew paste and fry till raw(pachi vasana) smell goes off from it
  • Then add chopped menthaku (1bunch) and spinach (1/2 bunch) and cook till soft
  • Finally give seasoning by adding red chilly powder, salt and saute it
  • Leave it for a while
  • Serve with rice, chapathis...
