INGREDIENTS: Oil, Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Urad dal (vudhipappu), Salt, Bengal gram (senagaballu), Curry leaves, Curd, Coriander, Green chillies, Milk, Cooked rice


PREPARATION:
  • Take cooked luke warm rice in a bowl and mix softly
  • Now add popu/tadka, fried avalu, jeera, urad dal, bengal gram, curry leaves, green chilly paste and mix
  • Add required amount of salt, curd, milk and mix finely
  • Garnish with coriander
  • Serve with any pickle..
If interested you can add pomogranate (dhanimma) seeds, and grapes (draksha), fried dry fruits like cashews, kismiss..
