INGREDIENTS: Oil, Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Urad dal (vudhipappu), Salt, Bengal gram (senagaballu), Curry leaves, Curd, Coriander, Green chillies, Milk, Cooked rice

- Take cooked luke warm rice in a bowl and mix softly
- Now add popu/tadka, fried avalu, jeera, urad dal, bengal gram, curry leaves, green chilly paste and mix
- Add required amount of salt, curd, milk and mix finely
- Garnish with coriander
- Serve with any pickle..
