INGREDIENTS: Oil, Midha (maize flour), Cashew powder, Sugar powder, Grated Coconut, Cloves (lavangam)


PREPARATION:
  • Mix midha in a bowl as an dough (chaptahi dough) using little water
  • Now make small puris using the dough
  • Deep fry these puris in oil, softly and remove
  • Spread grated coconut, cashew powder, sugar powder on it
  • Roll the puris
  • Lock the puri by placing clove on it (lavangam)
  • Garnish and Serve
