PREPARATION:
- Mix midha in a bowl as an dough (chaptahi dough) using little water
- Now make small puris using the dough
- Deep fry these puris in oil, softly and remove
- Spread grated coconut, cashew powder, sugar powder on it
- Roll the puris
- Lock the puri by placing clove on it (lavangam)
- Garnish and Serve
