PREPARATION:
- Cut potatoes into pieces, and soak them in water for few minutes
- Now add salt, pepper, chilly sauce, soya sauce, cornflour, midha and mix well
- Now deep fry these pieces in oil, till golden brown and take out in an paper napkin plate,to drain out excess oil and keep aside
- Take a frying pan, heat 2-3 spoons of oil in it, add red chilly pieces, chopped oninon, ginger, garlic and shallow fry
- Now add soya sauce, tomato sauce, chopped spring onions, and a spoon of dilute corn flour and saute all togeather
- Now add deep fried potato pieces, liittle aja-na-moto into it, and fry for few minutes
- Garnish with coriander, spring onion and serve hot...
