INGREDIENTS: Oil, Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Urad dal (vudhipappu)
Bengal gram (senagaballu), Curry leaves, Coriander, Green chillies, Salt, Onions, Cooking soda, Soar Idly batter


PREPARATION:
  • In a bowl, mix idly batter, fried avalu, jeera, urad dal,bengal gram then chopped curry leaves, coriander, grren chilly, onions and mix all the ingredients into thick batter
  • Now add salt, pinch of cooking soda and mix well using little water
  • Take idly plates, grease oil on it
  • keep mixed idly batter in plates
  • Now keep the in cooker for 10- 15 minutes without whistle, later off flame
  • Open the cooker, take out idlies
  • Serve hot with raw onion chutney
