PREPARATION:
- Clean all the ingredients
- Into a bowl, soak 3 glaases of raw rice, 1 glass of urad dal, bengal gram, green gram, toor dal, rice flakes, and 1 t- spoon of fenugreek seeds in water
- Let these ingredients saok for 3-5 hours
- Now grind all the ingredients as an thick batter using little water
- Soak this batter for over 1 night
- Add required amount of salt, before using
- Take dosa pan, heat 1-t spoon ghee in it, pour batter add chopped chillies, onions, grated carrot on it and turn dosa and roast on both sides
- Serve with coconut chutney OR ground nuts (peanut) chutney
