INGREDIENTS: Raw Rice (pachi biyam), Urad dal (vudhipappu), Bengal Gram (senagapappu), RIce flakes (atukulu), Fenugreek seeds (menthulu), Toor dal (kandhipappu), Green gram (Pesarapappu), Salt, Water, Carrot, Green chilly, Onion, Ghee


PREPARATION:
  • Clean all the ingredients
  • Into a bowl, soak 3 glaases of raw rice, 1 glass of urad dal, bengal gram, green gram, toor dal, rice flakes, and 1 t- spoon of fenugreek seeds in water
  • Let these ingredients saok for 3-5 hours
  • Now grind all the ingredients as an thick batter using little water
  • Soak this batter for over 1 night
  • Add required amount of salt, before using
  • Take dosa pan, heat 1-t spoon ghee in it, pour batter add chopped chillies, onions, grated carrot on it and turn dosa and roast on both sides
  • Serve with coconut chutney OR ground nuts (peanut) chutney
