- Bring the milk to boil, in an kadaai
- Once it starts boiling keep, add sugar & stir
- Keep on low flame now
- Remove the cream into a separate vessel that forms on the top
- Repeat this process until all the milk is exhausted
- Garnish with pinch of saffron, fried nuts like cashews, badams, pista
- Refrigerate till cooled
