INGREDIENTS: Milk, Sugar, Saffron (kumkum puvu), Cashews, Badam, Pista


PREPARATION:
  • Bring the milk to boil, in an kadaai
  • Once it starts boiling keep, add sugar & stir
  • Keep on low flame now
  • Remove the cream into a separate vessel that forms on the top
  • Repeat this process until all the milk is exhausted
  • Garnish with pinch of saffron, fried nuts like cashews, badams, pista
  • Refrigerate till cooled
  • Yummy Yummy basandhi is ready to serve chill now..
