INGREDIENTS: Godhampindi (atta/wheat flour), Soya sauce, Tomato sauce, Aja-na-moto, Oil, Chilly sauce, Pepper, Salt, Carrot, Spring onion (vullikovulu), Cauliflower/Gobi, Water


PREPARATION:
  • Take a bowl, chop spring onoins, grate carrot, gobi
  • Now add soya sauce, tomato sauce, aja-na-moto, chilly sauce, pepper, salt and mix well like an fine dough using atta and little water
  • Let this dough be aside for 15-20 minutes
  • Now make chapathis using this dough
  • Roast them on frying pan
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce or butter
