PREPARATION:
- Take a bowl, chop spring onoins, grate carrot, gobi
- Now add soya sauce, tomato sauce, aja-na-moto, chilly sauce, pepper, salt and mix well like an fine dough using atta and little water
- Let this dough be aside for 15-20 minutes
- Now make chapathis using this dough
- Roast them on frying pan
- Serve hot with tomato sauce or butter
