INGREDIENTS: Ghee, Milk,Vermicelli (semiya), Sugar, Kismiss, Kaju, Pista, Badam


PREPARATION:
  • Take bowl, pour 3 glasses of milk and boil
  • While boiling add 1 glass of fried vermicelli, wait till vermicelli/semiya boiles
  • Add sugar only after semiya gets boiled (else semiya remain unboiled)
  • Stir well once sugar gets dissolves, off flame
  • Fry dryfruits in ghee in an seperate pan
  • Add fried dry fruits into the vermicelli bowl
  • Refrigerate till cooled
  • Serve chill, tastes good when served hot also
