INGREDIENTS: Oil, Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Curry leaves, Coriander, Green chilly, Cluster beans, Onions, Pasupu (turmeric powder)


PREPARATION:
  • Take afrying pan, heat 3-4 spoons of oil, add avalu, jeera, curry leaves and fry
  • Now add green chilly pieces, onion pieces and shallow fry
  • Then add cutted cluster beans, salt, pasupu and saute it
  • Close lid for few minutes and cook in medium flame till soft
  • Garnish with coriander
  • Serve with rice, chapthis ..
