INGREDIENTS: American sweet corn seeds, Salt, Green chilly, Onions, Oil / Butter, Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Dry Coconut, Coriander, Curry leaves, Red chilly, Dhaniya powder, Jeera powder (cumin seeds)


PREPARATION:
  • Take mixy jar, add dry coconut pieces, green chilly pieces, salt and grind as an fine paste
  • Now add sweet corn seeds and half grind them
  • Place kadai on flame, heat 5-6 spoons of oil / butter, add avalu, jeera, curry leaves, red chilly and fry
  • Then add chopped onions, grinded paste, salt and fry for 6-8 minutes till cooked
  • Finally add dhaniya powder, jeera powder, coriander and fry for a while
  • Serve with chapthis or can have it as an snack
  • Garnish with coriander, fresh cream...
