Bengal gram (senagaballu), Curry leaves, Coriander, Green chillies, Turmeric powder (pasupu)Carrot, Salt
PREPARATION:
- Take frying pan, heat 2-3 spoons of oil in it
- Now add Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Urad dal (vudhipappu), Bengal gram (senagaballu), Curry leaves, Coriander, long cut Green chillies and fry
- Later add grated carrot, turmeric powder, salt and fry till cooked
- Garnish with coriander
- Serve for rice, chapathis ..
