PREPARATION:
- Soak ground nuts in milk for 1 hour, then drian out milk completely and keep aside
- Now grind ground nuts in mixy jar as thick paste and keep
- Take a frying pan, heat 5-6 spoons of ghee in it, fry cashews and takeout in a bowl
- To the same frying pan, now add drainout milk (that we placed aside) and boil
- Then add sugar, grated carrot and mix well
- Finally add grinded ground nuts paste and keep on stirring
- Garnish with fried cashews and cherries
