INGREDIENTS: Groundnuts, Milk, Sugar, Carrot, Ghee, Cashews, Cherries

PREPARATION:
  • Soak ground nuts in milk for 1 hour, then drian out milk completely and keep aside
  • Now grind ground nuts in mixy jar as thick paste and keep
  • Take a frying pan, heat 5-6 spoons of ghee in it, fry cashews and takeout in a bowl
  • To the same frying pan, now add drainout milk (that we placed aside) and boil
  • Then add sugar, grated carrot and mix well
  • Finally add grinded ground nuts paste and keep on stirring
  • Garnish with fried cashews and cherries
