INGREDIENTS: Motton cheema, Pepper, Dhaniya powder, Redchilly powder, Salt, Gree chilly, Ginger Garlic Paste, Onion, Turmeric Powder, Cornflour, Eggs, Oil

PREPARATION:
  • Take a pan/ kadai, pour oil into it for deep fry and keep it on the stove.
  • Now take mixy jar, to it add, motton cheema, pepper, dhaniya powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, onion, turmeric powder and grind as an fine paste
  • Take it out into a bowl, add egg white to it and mix well again
  • Now take an plastic / slippery cover apply oil on it, now using the grinded paste make small vodas ( flat biscuites like pieces) and deep fry in oil till reddish brown in low flame on both sides, and then take out on paper nakin plate.
  • Serve hot for snacks
