INGREDIENTS: Eggs, Cornflour, Maida(maize flour), Pepper, Salt, Ajnomoto, Water, Oil, Soya sauce, Tomato sauce, Green chillies, Ginger, Garlic, Onions, Spring Onions, Capsicum (green, yellow)

PREPARATION:
  • Boil eggs, cut them into 4 halves
  • In a bowl, make batter with cornflour, maida, pinch of salt, pepper, aznomoto using water as an thick paste
  • Keep kadai on stove, pour oil for deep fry, once oil is heated, dip cutted eggs in the batter and deep fry in oil till golden brown, take out in an paper napkin plate to observe excess oil
  • Put another kadai on stove, pour 3-4 spoons of oil, then add chopped ginger, garlic, green chilly, onion, capsicum and fry well till all cooks, then add soya sauce, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, ajnomoto, little water, and fry well
  • Then add diluted cornflour around 2-3 spoons, to thicken the sauce, finally add deep fried eggs into the kadai and leave for few minutes
  • Garnish with spring onions and serve
