INGREDIENTS:Oil, Mustard(avalu), Cumin (jeera), Urad dal, Bengal gram (senaga ballu), Onion, Green chilly, Red chilly, Ridge guard (beerakaya), Salt, Turmeric powder, Curry laef, Coriander


PREPARATION:
  • Take a kadi, pour 4-5 spoons of oil in it, add mustard, jeera, urad dal, bengal gram, let it fry then add curry leaf, red chilly, green chilly and onions cutted into pieces, fry till onion turns brown.
  • Now add turmeric powder, sallt and close the lid of kadai for few minutes, then take out the lid mix well and cook for few more minutes till soft
  • Finally add chopped coriander, serve with rice, or chapathi
