INGREDIENTS: Oil, Mustard seeds(avalu), Cumin seeds(jeera), Urad dal (vudhi badalu), Bengal gram(senagaballu), Curry leaves, Coriander, Green chilly paste, Salt, Lemon juice, Puffed rice(borugulu,murmuralu), Onions, Turmeric powder, Fried Groundnuts


PREPARATION:
  • Take a bowl, keep murmuras in it, add water , wait till they soften, drainout water completely and keep aside
  • Now take a kadai, pour 4-5 spoons of oil, let it heat, now add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, bengal gram, curry laeves, cutted onions, turmeric powder, green chilly paste, salt, fried groundnuts (if interested) and fry well until they cook
  • Now add softend murmuras in to the kadai, off stove and add lemon juice, mix well
  • Garnish with coriander, spring onions
  • Serves good with pappulapodi (legumes powder)
