INGREDIENTS: Bendi, Oil, Salt, Redchilly powder, Rasam powder, Coriander


PREPARATION:
  • Take a kadai, pour oil in it and wait until it gets heated
  • Mean while, Cut bendi into small round pieces, then deep fry bendi pieces in oil and take out in an paper napkin plate to drain out excess oil
  • Now take them into a bowl, add salt, red chilly powder, rasam powder, mix well
  • Garnish with coriander and serve for rice
  • If you are not interested to deep fry in oil, just keep plain kadai add 4-5 spoons of oil and fry until it cooks by closing the lid and by sprinkling water
  • Adding 1spoon of curd in this process makes bendi non sticky and comes out finely
