INGREDIENTS: Fresh Green Peas, Potatoes, Cabbage, Carrot, Green chilly, Salt, Bread, Coriander, Onion, Ginger garlic paste, Garam masala, Dhaniya powder

PREPARATION:
  • Half grind few (half quantity of taken peas) green peas and keep (if u dont have fresh peas, take raw peas and soak them over night in water and use them by boiling)
  • Take a kadai, pour 3-4 spoons of oil into it, add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, fry for a while then add fresh green peas, grated carrot, cabbage, potatoes, green chilly paste, half grinded green peas, salt and saute well all the ingredients
  • Now add bread powder, garam masala, dhaniya powder to the kadai cook till softens
  • Finally add lemon, coriander
