INGREDIENTS: Idlies, Maize flour(maida), Cornflour (mukkajonna pindi), Gram flour(senaga pindi), Salt, Red chilly powder, Tomato sauce
PREPARATION:
- Take a bowl and add equal ratios of maize flour, gram flour, corn flour,required amount of salt, red chilly powder, tomato sauce and mix well like an thick batter using water
- Now take the left out idlies, cut them into long pieces (like fingers)
- Dip these idlies in the prepared batter and deep fry in oil till golden brown
- Serve using ground nut chutney for your snack
