PREPARATION:
- Boil gongura, green chilly, salt, onion pieces, turmeric powder in cooker, after it gets cooled grind it as an fine paste
- Magnet prawns by adding salt and turmeric powder to it and deep fry till raw smell goes off from prawns and keep
- Now take a frying pan, pour 3-4 spoons of oil in it, let it get heated then add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, boiled & grinded gongura paste and fry well for 5 minutes
- Finally add deep fried prawns, water saute it and cook for 5 more minutes by closing the lid of the pan
- Garnish with red chillies, Serve hot
