INGREDIENTS: Green mung bean(pesalu), Ragi pindi(finger millet flour),Onion, Garam masala, Curry leaves, Coriander, Ginger garlic paste, Salt, Green chilly, Oil

PREPARATION:
  • Soak green mung bean (pesalu) in water for 3hours and grind it as an paste
  • Take a bowl, add the grinded pesalu paste, ragi pindi, chopped onion, green chilly, garam masala, curry leaves, coriander, ginger garlic paste, salt mix well using water as on dough
  • Now make them as vodas (small cutlets), and deep fry in oil
  • Serve with tomato sauce
