PREPARATION:
- Soak green mung bean (pesalu) in water for 3hours and grind it as an paste
- Take a bowl, add the grinded pesalu paste, ragi pindi, chopped onion, green chilly, garam masala, curry leaves, coriander, ginger garlic paste, salt mix well using water as on dough
- Now make them as vodas (small cutlets), and deep fry in oil
- Serve with tomato sauce
