INGREDIENTS: Fresh Coconut, Jagri (bellam), Kaju (cashews),Elachi powder (cardamom), Raw Rice flour (biyypu pindi), Oil, Ghee
PREPARATION:
- Keep a bowl on the stove, add some water & add jagri (or) sugar into it, and stir till thickens
- Add a pinch of elachi powder, fresh grated coconut, rice flour, 2spoons of oil (or) ghee and mix up without any lumps
- Switch off the stove, now using the coconut mix/paste, make small cutlet like shapes by applying oil on an plastic cover
- Place cashews on the top of prepared coconut cutlets
- Deep fry in oil till golden brown and take out in an paper napkin plate and Serve
