INGREDIENTS: Raw banana, Onion, Green chilly, Garam masala, Dhaniya powder, Jeera powder(cumin seeds), Ginger Garlic paste, Oil, Salt, Red food colour, Cashew, Coriander

PREPARATION:
  • Take raw bananas, peel of the outer layer, cut them into slices and deep fry in oil, drain out the excess oil by placing on paper napkin plate
  • Now place a kadai on stove, into it add grinded onion paste, green chilly paste, ginger garlic paste, let it fry then add garam masala, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, salt, pinch of food colour, mix well all the ingredients
  • Finally add deep fried bananas into the kadai and mix well
  • Garnish with fried cashews, coriander and serve
