INGREDIENTS: Long brinjals, Salt, Onions, Ginger garlic paste, Garam masala, Seasame seeds( white & brown nuvvulu), Ground nuts, Red chilly powder, Tamarind juice, Turmeric powder, Dhaniya powder, Coriander, Curry leaf

PREPARATION:
  • Take long brinjals, keep 4cuts on it (like joint pieces should be able to stuff paste in middle of brinjals) and place them in a water by adding pinch of salt, turmeric powder
  • Now take a frying pan, fry ground nuts and seasame seeds, and cool them, grind finely in a mixy jar
  • Now take a bowl, add chopped onion, salt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, ground nut powder, seasame powder, red chilly powder, tamarind juice, turmaric powder, dhaniya powderand mix well using little water and make it as a paste
  • Now take brinjals, and stuff this prepared paste into them and keep
  • Take a kadai, pour oil into it, let it get heated, now add curry leaves, coriander, stuffed brinjlas, remaining paste into it and close the lid till brinjals gets cooked, open lid in middle and mix well , wait until it cooks
  • Garnish with coriander and serve for rice, chapathis
