INGREDIENTS: Idlies, Pudhina(mint leaves), Green chillies, Coriander, Tamarind paste, Salt,Oil

PREPARATION:
  • Take cooked idlies and cut them in middle to place stuffing (like alu buns)
  • Grind pudhina, green chilly, salt, tamarind, coriander in a mixy jar as an fine paste
  • Now keep this paste as stuffing in middle of idlies
  • Finally deep fry them in oil and serve
