INGREDIENTS: Idlies, Pudhina(mint leaves), Green chillies, Coriander, Tamarind paste, Salt,Oil
PREPARATION:
- Take cooked idlies and cut them in middle to place stuffing (like alu buns)
- Grind pudhina, green chilly, salt, tamarind, coriander in a mixy jar as an fine paste
- Now keep this paste as stuffing in middle of idlies
- Finally deep fry them in oil and serve
