PREPARATION:
- Half boil alus, cut them like wedges (fat pieces) and keep aside
- Now prepare batter for wedges, by taking abowl to that add cornflour, salt, pepper and mix like an thick paste using water
- Dip the wedges into this batter
- Deep fry the in oil, take out in a paper napkin plate, let excess oil drainout
- Finally sprinkle some salt and pepper on it and serve with tomato sauce
