INGREDIENTS: Potatoes, Cornflour, Salt, Pepper, Water, Oil

PREPARATION:
  • Half boil alus, cut them like wedges (fat pieces) and keep aside
  • Now prepare batter for wedges, by taking abowl to that add cornflour, salt, pepper and mix like an thick paste using water
  • Dip the wedges into this batter
  • Deep fry the in oil, take out in a paper napkin plate, let excess oil drainout
  • Finally sprinkle some salt and pepper on it and serve with tomato sauce
