PREPARATION:
- Take a mixy jar, to the jar add dry coconut, chinthachiguru, onion pieces, red chilly powder, salt and grind as an fine powder
- Keep a frying pan on stove, add 5-6 spoons of oil, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, bengal gram, curry leaves, red chilly pieces, fry well
- Finally add the finely grinded powder, coriander
- Serve for hot hot rice, tastes yummy
