INGREDIENTS: Chinthachiguru (fresh tamarind leaves), Dry coconut, Salt, Red chilly powder, Onions, Oil, Mustard seeds (avalu), Jeera(cumin seeds), Urad dal (vudhi badalu), Bengal gram (Senaga badalu), Curry leaves, Coriander, Red chillies

PREPARATION:
  • Take a mixy jar, to the jar add dry coconut, chinthachiguru, onion pieces, red chilly powder, salt and grind as an fine powder
  • Keep a frying pan on stove, add 5-6 spoons of oil, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, bengal gram, curry leaves, red chilly pieces, fry well
  • Finally add the finely grinded powder, coriander
  • Serve for hot hot rice, tastes yummy
